Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Manning Apartment Homes in Evansville, IN. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities, handle service requests and apartment turns, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience in multifamily housing, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work with residents and vendors. EPA certification is a plus, along with pool maintenance and CPO certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• HVAC knowledge required; EPA Certification a plus.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Pool maintenance experience and CPO Certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team.
• Comfortable with outdoor property walks and physical tasks.
