Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire role in Evansville, IN. The position supports plant operations, emphasizing safety, reliability, and teamwork on the Maintenance team.

You will perform repairs, install new equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems, and lead peers as needed. A two-year degree and at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience are required; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Industrial Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and control systems experience.
• Proficiency with mechanical repairs, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and executing maintenance activities.
• Perform repairs on plant equipment, install new machinery, and conduct building maintenance as directed.
• Lead and assist fellow team members in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork abilities which will align successfully in the organization. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with benefits.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Evansville, IN
Pay Range: $35.35plus Sign-On Bonus of $2500
Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm-630am) Monday-Friday
