Job summary

Paycom seeks a Maintenance – Technician to repair and maintain production equipment. You will troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and inspect parts per manuals and specs, then perform related duties as required.

The role requires mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow written instructions. MaintainX experience is preferred, with flexible hours and varied temperatures in the work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and extended hours.
• Experience with MaintainX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment to locate cause of issue.
