Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Box Plant in Denver, CO. Maintenance Technician

  • Respond to breakdown calls in a production environment as part of a maintenance team.
  • Work across multiple crafts; training provided for skill development.
  • Work assigned shift based on plant needs; 3‑shift schedule with potential shift changes.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $29.12–$39.60 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
  • 1.5× pay for overtime beyond 8 hours and beyond 40 hours.
  • 1.5× pay for Saturday and Sunday, holidays, and additional OT on holidays.
  • Paid training and tool stipend; maintenance tools provided by company.
