Maintenance Technician

Location: 12105 Belton Honea Path Hwy, Honea Path, SC

Pay Range: $22.06 - $36.96 per hour based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience. Excellent benefits package Health, Dental, Optometry, 401K plan, 1.5x pay for overtime over 8 hrs and over 40 hrs, overtime on weekends and holidays, uniform and safety gear provided.

Responsibilities

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Honea Path, SC. The Maintenance Technician will diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance activities, responding to breakdown calls in a production environment, and working as part of a team. All positions are multicraft and will receive training.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
• Authorised to work in the US.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $22.06 - $36.96 per hour.
• Bonus: annual based on plant performance metrics.
• Paid vacation: 1 week per calendar year; prorated in first year.
• Paid holidays.
