Job summary

Newbury Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support and elevate our communities across the Denver metro. This hands-on role oversees approximately 400 units with growth to 800 by year end.

If you're a hands-on problem solver who thrives on variety, independence, and making a visible difference, this could be your next move. As a maintenance supervisor, you will travel to multiple properties, lead preventative maintenance, mentor on-site teams, and ensure quality service for residents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems
• Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
• Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities
• Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency
• Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff
