This Maintenance Technician role focuses on keeping a large, high-speed automated distribution facility running safely and efficiently. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshoot complex automation systems, and support continuous operations across extensive conveyor and sorting equipment. This is a hands-on, multi-craft position working with advanced industrial technologies in a clean, modern environment.

This role is based in a large, clean distribution center featuring an extensive automated conveyor system that spans three stories and approximately 30 miles, along with multiple sorters and cranes. The facility uses high-speed automated sorting machines, Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, photo eyes, sensors, robotic equipment, gantry cranes, maintenance forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and three-phase motors up to 480 volts. You will be part of a team of multi-craft technicians at various levels, working in groups, communicating frequently, and contributing to a culture focused on quality and reliability. The overall environment is structured, safety-conscious, and designed to support efficient maintenance operations on advanced material handling equipment.
This is a Permanent position based out of DeForest, WI.
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
