Job summary

Aerotek in Loveland, CO is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain automated equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment, supporting conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to maximize uptime.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, document activities in CMMS, and participate in upgrades and continuous improvement while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years working with conveyors, automation, or material handling equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using CMMS software.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $32.50/hour

Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shifts: Days or Nights Available

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift weekly

Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role supports conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, robotics, sorters, and material handling equipment

  • Document maintenance activities using CMMS

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
