Work Environment

The role is based in a large, high-speed distribution facility that relies heavily on automation and robotic components. Technicians work around conveyors, material handling equipment, and advanced control systems in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting where productivity and reliability are tracked through data and metrics rather than close micromanagement. The position is physically active and requires comfort with walking significant distances throughout the shift, often reaching approximately 10,000 steps per day, and safely lifting up to 49 pounds at a time. All candidates must be open to working any 10-hour shift, as positions are available across multiple shifts and schedules.
