Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for on-site duties in our multi-family properties in Dallas, TX. You will prep apartments for turns, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of on-site maintenance experience, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC certification a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns and general maintenance duties.
• On-call responsibilities; respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Snow removal and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other systems.
• Complete work orders for service requests, including plumbing and electrical tasks.
