Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the physical integrity of our multifamily properties. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining grounds with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas organized and clean.
• Provide parts and materials list weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with team members.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff and vendors.

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Complete make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends
