Job summary

Commercial Metals LTD in Cullman, Alabama, seeks a maintenance-focused engineer to develop and implement maintenance procedures across our facilities. You will ensure equipment is in good condition and troubleshoot a range of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Intermediate mathematics skills.
• Must work well independently with little direction.
• Quick thinker, strategic planner, flexible, problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
• Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building).
