Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to help care for our facilities across multiple locations. You will regularly inspect buildings and equipment, assist with renovations, and handle routine technical issues to keep our operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, and basic carpentry knowledge.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask.
• General knowledge of carpentry and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects.
• Assist with building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior.
• Assist with technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance).
• Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal).
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.

What You'll Do
