Shifts available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and pay range $32.00 to $42.00 per hour. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, reading blueprints, and following safety procedures to maintain high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic welding, cutting, and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment schematics.
• Experience using electrical meters and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic prints.
• Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and parts records in the CMMS system.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair status with the maintenance team.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Maintenance Technician – Columbus, OH

Pay: $32.00 – $42.00/hr

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands‑on problem solving and working with advanced manufacturing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain equipment including forging presses, furnaces, CNC saws, shot blast machines, and support equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic prints.
• Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and parts records in the CMMS system.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair status with the maintenance team.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and support a safe work environment.
