Position

Maintenance Technician at a premier manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow, learn, and evolve with our team.

Salary: $28 per hour

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift – 2‑2‑3 schedule (4a‑4p, 4p‑4a)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Dismantle machines, perform repairs, and reassemble them, ensuring all parts function correctly.
• Conduct inspections and tests on damaged machine parts, mark defective areas, and advise supervisors on necessary repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, and experience operating a forklift.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and boiler maintenance, with a mechanical background in rotating equipment.
