Job summary

Kelly is seeking a reliable 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join our Hayesville, OH facility. In this direct-hire role, you will maintain and repair production equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency on a Sunday to Wednesday night schedule from 8:30 p.m.

to 6:30 a.m. The position offers full benefits, a competitive hourly pay of $28–$31, and opportunities to work with a manufacturing leader in the printing and thermoforming industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous mechanical and electrical experience in the printing and/or thermoforming industry preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and specifications to determine equipment and machinery requiring repair or maintenance.
• Prioritize assignments based on urgency and operational needs.
• Assist with the installation of new machinery as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and take strong caution around press machinery.
• Demonstrate proper machine usage and safety procedures to newer employees.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
