Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to work direct hire at a premier manufacturing client in Middleboro, MA. The role centers on maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing machinery.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens), and assist with light welding and fabrication. This day-shift position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Solid experience with CMMS software systems and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints; hands-on with motors, relays, transformers, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated machinery including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyors.
• Read schematics/blueprints and use voltage meters; work with 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays and 480V systems.
• Perform light welding/fabrication (Stick/MIG) of machine parts and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
• Support building, grounds, and general facility maintenance.

What’s a typical day as Industrial Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.
• Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).
• Performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.
• Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
• Assisting with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have at least two years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Possess solid experience with CMMS software systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Are skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Have hands-on experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays, and industrial control equipment.
• Are experienced in light welding and machine fabrication (Stick and MIG).
