This is a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician role located on-site in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and industrial maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
