Job summary

Join the NRP Group as a Maintenance Technician. You will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and respond to customer service requests.

With 3-4 years of maintenance experience, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, assist with property maintenance, and be available for weekend and emergency service requests. A valid driver's license and CFC Universal Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Maintenance Technician

Join the NRP Group as a Maintenance Technician. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and respond to customer service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
• Available for weekend work, on‑call duties, and after‑hours emergency service requests, 24/7 as scheduled.
• Occasionally assist at other properties and run errands as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3‑4 years of maintenance experience.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Pay

$41,230 – $47,500 based on experience, qualifications, and property needs.
