Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurants in the greater Georgia area.

You will install and repair refrigeration and restaurant equipment, perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work, and handle roof repairs and door, blind and tile replacements as needed. Qualifications include basic plumbing, basic building electrical wiring, use of hand tools, HVAC repair up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with basic plumbing and electrical wiring
• Experience with HVAC repair up to 5 tons preferred
• Proficiency with hand and power tools required
• EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work across multiple locations
• Handle roof repairs and door, blind and tile replacements as needed
• Collaborate with team and work independently when appropriate
• Possess strong attention to detail and safety standards

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
