Job summary

The Center for Disability Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Albany, NY. The role involves preventative maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and grounds keeping to support residents and staff.

The Maintenance Technician assists in service and repairs in preventative maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, sheet rocking, HVAC, electrical, grounds keeping, cleaning, and/or snow removal. The Maintenance Technician is knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
