Job summary

Dawn Homes Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of our on-site apartment property in Albany. This full-time role requires hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will lead maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, respond to requests promptly, and ensure a clean, functional environment. Weekend or extended hours may be required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep and daily maintenance of our apartment rental property in Albany.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and can lead by example.
