Seeking a Maintenance Technician for Hillside Manor Apartments. Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.

• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
