Role Responsibilities

The Maintenance Mechanic will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and support equipment. Openings are available for the First Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Second Shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), and Third Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). All roles require working one weekend day per week.

• Perform mold changes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems following diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Remove defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Measure parts to ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other instruments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards during all activities.
• Maintain knowledge of support systems such as chillers and compressors.
• Report deficiencies to management.
• Document and communicate work activities and issues.
• Complete required training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
