CommonPlace is a community-focused property management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our residential properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond promptly to resident requests, and ensure that our properties are well-maintained.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
• At least 2 years of maintenance technician experience, preferably in residential property management.
• Proficiency with tools and general repair skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and climbing ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $25.00 plus incentives
