You will service maintenance operations at our communities, with expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven maintenance experience in similar settings.
• Extensive HVAC experience required across residential and commercial properties.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on repair abilities.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for HVAC systems.
• Experience in property maintenance with focus on heating and cooling systems.
• EPA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc.
• Repair HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units, boilers, and plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand system designs.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues or potential improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

• Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigeration techniques, boiler operations, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills as a service technician, capable of diagnosing issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills for effective and positive interaction with clients and team members.
• EPA License (Required)
