MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANThe Row at Forest Hills Apartments - North Charleston, SC 29418Salary: $30 hourlyOverviewWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.You will also fully service the maintenance operations at our communities.
