Conifer Realty LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Molly Pitcher Landing in Chambersburg, PA. You will ensure the comfort and safety of residents by performing maintenance tasks, maintaining the property, and responding to urgent needs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing | Molly Pitcher Landing, Chambersburg, PA

Salary: $23.00 /hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | On-Call Rotation

What We Look For in our Maintenance Technicians

• 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC a plus).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly / up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover occasional overtime or nearby properties.
• Basic Computer or mobile‑app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!

How You’ll Make an Impact

Every day, you’ll play a vital role in the comfort and care of our residents:

• Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance including painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, flooring, and cleaning to keep apartments move‑in ready.
• Care for the grounds – maintain curb appeal through mowing, trimming, flower‑bed care, and seasonal snow/ice removal.
• Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly, communicate with the office team, and rotate for emergency on‑call coverage (response within 30 minutes).
• Prioritize Quality & compliance – follow all safety and property standards, keeping documentation and inspections accurate and up to date.
