Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Glen Burnie, MD to help keep communities safe and well maintained. This part-time role (20 hours/week) includes an on-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule.
You’ll perform preventative maintenance, assist residents, and ensure high standards of quality and safety across properties. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
