Job summary

WSB Solutions in Cambridge, Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time position on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of industrial production equipment.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read schematics. You will work both independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime and maintain safety

WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing position in Cambridge, Ohio. We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift.

If you have hands‑on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is strongly preferred.

Pay: $28+/hour, based on experience
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Cambridge, OH

What You’ll Do
