Job summary

Professional Placement Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift role in Ohio. You will maintain and repair industrial machinery, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The position offers a shift differential and growth opportunities within a supportive team. Strong PLC and schematic-reading skills are highly valued, with welding or fabrication being a plus.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• PLC experience with troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Welding or fabrication skills a plus.
• Specific press maintenance is a huge plus.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity and comes with a $2 shift differential.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Support production by minimizing downtime

Requirements:
