Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed.
2. Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
3. Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed.
4. Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks.
5. Make records of when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
2. Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
3. Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
4. Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests.
5. High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly
