BlueWorx Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Broken Arrow, OK. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics. PLC and hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Prev. manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a shop-wide preventative maintenance schedule.
• Provide timely maintenance support to production teams to address equipment issues.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures and established maintenance best practices.
• Be available for overtime as needed due to machinery breakdowns and repairs.

This individual will play an important role in keeping production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience performing preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience – Maintenance Technician

• Previous experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
