Kelly is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity in the Brockton, MA area. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll help keep production machinery and facility operations running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role involves performing preventive maintenance, cleaning and servicing machines, oiling moving parts, diagnosing breakdowns, documenting work, ordering parts, and coordinating with managers on routine maintenance.

You’ll work closely with the maintenance department, Plant Manager, and electrician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! Does this sound like you!?

What you’ll do:

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on production machines.
• Clean machines and machine parts, removing and reinstalling components as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts to support reliable machine performance.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair equipment promptly.
• Document work performed and report damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• Order and install replacement machine parts.
• Keep shop areas, tools, parts, and supplies clean, organized, and stocked.

What you’ll bring:

• Vocational or community college coursework in a related field—or equivalent experience is preferred.

Schedule and physical requirements:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 6:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stretch, push, pull, and reach in order to service machinery.
• Ability to visually inspect machines and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $26-32 per hour, depending on experience
