Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals responsible for in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.

The role includes completing work orders across light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, appliance repair, and supervising contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform in-unit repairs and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Availability to handle on-call duties on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prep for new occupancy.
• Complete work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed.
• Perform groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior/common areas.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
