Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

The role involves light electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, supervising contractors as needed, and maintaining grounds and exterior areas. Work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and property upkeep.
• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Comfort coordinating with contractors and supervising work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed.
• Maintain exterior and common areas and assist with groundskeeping and snow removal.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
