Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide timely and efficient maintenance across facility operations and manufacturing equipment in our Bowling Green, KY facility. The role is essential to keep systems running safely, reliably, and at peak performance, with a focus on reducing downtime and supporting production continuity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and allied systems, along with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostics, and repair equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Self-driven and organized; able to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Source and research parts needed for repairs and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to minimize disruption.
• Accurately track labor, materials, and repairs within maintenance system.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records.
• Support continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Inspect incoming maintenance parts and materials.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Overview

Provide timely and efficient maintenance support across facility operations and manufacturing equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping systems running safely, reliably, and at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations and support teams
• Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime
• Source and research parts needed for repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Partner with production and leadership to complete work with minimal disruption
• Accurately track labor, materials, and repairs within the maintenance system
• Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability and efficiency
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming maintenance parts and materials
• Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times

What You Bring (Skills & Experience)

• Working knowledge of industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and more
• Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostics, and repair equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
