Job summary

Jobot in Kansas City, MO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and familiarity with PLCs.

You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and document work orders while adhering to safety and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, and general repair work (preferred).
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on repairs.
• Excellent documentation and maintenance records skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Details
