Eligible candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years in facilities maintenance, strong English communication, and dependable vehicle; on-call emergencies after hours/weekends/holidays are required.

The Maintenance Technicians role requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist the Service Manager with the efficient operation of property.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:
Peabody Properties offers $27/hr. - $30/hr.
