Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Roxbury, MA. The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property.

Responsibilities include maintaining a high level of cleanliness in common areas, janitorial and grounds care, performing work orders including snow/ice removal, and keeping exterior grounds according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
