Job summary

Manpower is assisting a client in Boone, NC, to hire a Maintenance Technician for the Property Management Team. The role requires reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to solve problems while serving guests and employees.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm shift, $17/hour with experience, and potential for temp-to-perm conversion across multiple locations. A valid driver’s license is required and duties include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and hot tub service.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Familiar with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with technology setup and use of power tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical components.
• Assist with technology setup and problem solving.
• Perform maintenance requests and servicing of hot tubs.
• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests and meet-and-greet with guests.
