Job summary

Lawrence Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience in electrical systems, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance. You will document maintenance logs, support facility needs, and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical knowledge and diagnostics.
• Experience with industrial equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and powder coating systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Maintain and service equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and other shop machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with facility maintenance as needed

Job Summary:

Lawrence Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Maintain and service equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and other shop machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with facility maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
• Strong electrical knowledge (troubleshooting, wiring, basic diagnostics)
• Experience working with industrial equipment such as forklifts, welders, powder coating system and grinders
• Ability to manage projects independently, including planning and material procurement
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumaticpreferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attendance and reliability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
