Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ball Ground, GA to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and facility systems to keep production safe and efficient. You will perform preventative maintenance, read manuals and schematics, and work with production teams to minimize downtime while meeting quality and safety standards.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will Do
