Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include lighting/HVAC tasks, dismantling and replacing components, lubrication, and fabricating parts. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required, with experience or training in related areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six to twelve months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits is required.
• Basic understanding of electric motors, water pumps, and vacuum pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lighting and HVAC maintenance.
• Complete preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Dismantle defective equipment.
• Install new or repaired components.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts.
• Repair and maintain facility structures.
• Operate table saws, drill presses, and band saws.
• Fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Build and repair counters, benches, partitions, and wooden structures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six to twelve months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination
• Tow-motor operator certification
• Knowledge of electrical circuits
• Basic understanding of electric motors, water pumps, and vacuum pumps
• Ability to plan and fabricate projects
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
