Job summary

Pathfinder Development, LLC in Austin, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Tech to handle handyman tasks across the property portfolio. You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, and lift up to 50 pounds with minimal supervision.

This role requires availability for nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on reliability and meeting deadlines. Full-time and part-time employees are supported with benefits and ongoing training opportunities.
