Job summary

Pathfinder Development, LLC is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms and public areas. The role emphasizes attention to detail and a passion for platinum service as part of Pathfinder Hospitality’s culture.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, replenishing linens, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training is provided for the right attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms thoroughly, adhering to hygiene and quality standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Remove and dispose of waste properly, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals, following standard procedures and attention to detail.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle laundry tasks as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or needed replacements
