Job summary

Sinclair & Rush, Inc. in Arnold, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair and install manufacturing equipment.

The role includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment component replacement; reports to Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor; schedule Monday - Friday with occasional overtime. Sign-on bonus of $500 after six months and $500 after one year; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, HRA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, paid

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 + yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment or degree in related field
• Strong troubleshooting & machine repair skills essential
• Technical work experience and understanding in machine pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install manufacturing equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and replace, rebuild or install equipment components and machinery.
• Alert supervisor to problem trends, safety concerns, and potential vulnerabilities in plant equipment.

What You'll Do

As Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintain, Repair, and Install Manufacturing Equipment: Perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and remove, replace, rebuild or install equipment components and machinery.
• Recommend improvements to plant equipment: alert supervisor to any problem trends, vulnerability to breakdowns, or safety concerns.

Salary Range: Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressions
