Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician in Minnesota for on-site support of affordable and market-rate multifamily communities, performing hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and resident-focused service.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, complete unit turns, and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. The role requires safety-minded work and strong teamwork in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance preferred.
