Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support affordable and market-rate communities by completing maintenance work orders, performing unit turns, and conducting preventive maintenance to keep homes safe, attractive, and well-maintained.

You will troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, respond to resident maintenance needs (including emergencies), and coordinate with site staff to deliver high-quality, resident-focused service.

Qualifications
