Swipejobs is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for a direct-hire role on 1st or 2nd shift. The position offers $27–$37/hour based on experience and involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements on manufacturing equipment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and familiarity with PLCs, automation, robotics, and mechatronics. Safety and quality adherence is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• PLC, automation, robotics, or mechatronics experience is a plus.

We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a great direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing team! 1st or 2nd shift is available.

$27–$37/hour, based on experience

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM–4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:15 PM–6:30 AM

What you’ll be doing:
